I was an introverted person before joining the industry. For a start, I was placed in situations where I had to speak confidently. It was awkward in the beginning, to witness myself taking the step out of my comfort zone to start meeting new people and my friends to talk about the business. 

 

Well, in order to survive in this industry, we have to step out of our comfort zone and start taking charge of our environment and the conversations that we hold.

 

As I begin my journey in the industry, Team William Tan Organisation has helped me transform into someone who is more confident in many aspects. With the skills and knowledge gained, I wish to present myself as a credible and assuring agent to the people I serve in the future.
